I work with CEOs of mid‑market industrial and industrial services companies who know their organizations can perform at a higher level—but are constrained by fragmented systems, manual processes, and technology that never quite delivers the return it promised.
As a fractional Chief Transformation Officer, I help leadership teams unlock 20–30% more productive capacity without adding headcount. The result is stronger EBITDA, better operational control, and the ability to scale profitably—without overwhelming the organization or disrupting what already works.
Most of the companies I support are not short on effort or ambition. They are constrained by complexity. Business technology has quietly evolved from traditional “IT” into four converging domains: AI, IT, operational technology (OT), and IoT. While this convergence creates opportunity, it has also introduced friction—especially for mid‑market firms without large internal teams. AI feels inevitable but unclear. Cyber risk is rising. Systems don’t integrate as intended. Data exists, but leaders lack clear visibility. Technology changes faster than processes and people, eroding ROI.
My role is to help CEOs regain control.
I bring a blend of executive leadership, engineering discipline, and hands‑on operating experience. I’ve served as CIO and Chief Transformation Officer for large transportation organizations, founded and operated startups and mid‑market companies, and advised lower middle‑market firms as a management consultant. Earlier in my career, I was a systems design engineer and software developer, which allows me to bridge strategy and execution without buzzwords.
To bring structure and momentum to transformation, I developed the WhatsPossible Intelligent Enterprise™—a practical framework that aligns AI, IT, OT, and IoT into a coordinated performance engine. It focuses on how work actually gets done, improving productivity, decision‑making, and scalability.
