Working at the nexus of both digital and workforce transformation, Joe guides and leads organizations in the application of emerging technologies, re-engineering of business processes, and technology-talent integration solutions. Joe’s approach combines deep technical expertise with a keen understanding of human behavior, ensuring that technology solutions drive real value. His career experiences include:
◉ WhatsPossible, Inc. - Fractional Leadership services in transformation and growth acceleration (COO, CGO, CIO).
◉ Chief Information Officer / Chief Transformation Officer of two major transportation companies: School Bus and Public Transit
◉ Co-founder and CEO of a retained executive search firm with offices in New York City and Chicago, ranked top 25 in revenue among retained search firms in US (prior to its acquisition).
◉ Founded multiple firms providing services in talent optimization and technology utilization consulting and recruiting,

Joe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Computer Engineering / Digital Systems from Manhattan University in Riverdale, New York. His certifications include:
Outside of work, Joe plays keyboards, guitar, and sings in the Long Island rock cover band “Chasing Time.” He and his wife Dorothy enjoy relaxing on the sandy ocean beaches of Fire Island and the Hamptons, and spending time with their family.
